Registration is now open for Mental Health First Aid, taking place on Saturday, January 10, 2026, from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm in Auburn Hall at Bay Presbyterian Church. This full-day training is designed to help you learn how to identify, understand, and respond to friends, family, and neighbors who may be experiencing mental health or substance use challenges.

Participants will gain practical skills and confidence to offer initial support, recognize common signs and symptoms, engage with individuals in crisis, connect them to appropriate resources, and use helpful self-care tools. T
