PARENTING

Our philosophy is simple: we should treat our children the way God treats us. We'll help you get there.

Parents are called to be their child's primary faith trainer, but we need each other on the journey. Our parenting ministries offer support and training for parents to keep grace at the center of family life while raising kids to release them into God's good purposes. We offer a range of classes and events to help you on the path of parenthood.

CLASSES & SEMINARS:

  • LOVING OUR KIDS ON PURPOSE is a 5 week class that helps parents maintain the heart to heart connection with their children. Parents will receive practical help with discipline, with faith training and more.

  • PARENTING IS HEART WORK is an 8 week “intensive” follow up to Loving on Purpose. Parents will dig deeper into Biblical parenting strategies that focus on the heart of their child.

  • LET'S TALK ABOUT GROWING UP up is a 4 week class for parents AND their 4th/5th grade child. The class offers opportunity for truthful and open discussion between parents and their children about the ways in which God designed our bodies and how they change as they grow. Parents receive help keeping communication open as their children enter the pre-teen years.

  • MOPS (Mothers Of PreSchoolers) is an international ministry to mothers of babies and preschoolers. Moms find support, make new and lasting friendships and grow in their faith through MOPS. Learn more here (Link to MOPS  www.mops.org). MOPS groups are offered every other week in both daytime and evening time slots.

  • MOMSNext is for mothers of elementary, middle school and high school children. Mothers find support and encouragement for these life stages while making new friends and growing in their faith. Learn more here (Link to MOPS  www.mops.org). MOMSNext groups are offered every other week in both daytime and evening time slots.
