FALL: Session 1
- Sign ups for new leaders and participants begin late August through early September
- Leader orientation occurs
- Current and New Groups will start up in October
- Group leaders connect with coach to share Fall plans, concerns or needs
- “Better Together” Leadership Team begins its work
- Coaches and Leaders connect monthly
- Lunch Bunch meets 2nd Sunday of every month for fellowship and prayer - all welcome
- Session ends late November
WINTER: Session 2
- January sign ups for 6 week Lent Small Group
- New Leader orientation
- New and Current Small Groups begin to meet mid-February
- Palm Sunday – Celebration of God’s Work in the Groups
- Lunch Bunch meets 2nd Sunday of every month for fellowship and prayer - all welcome
- Coaches and Leaders connect monthly
- Session ends late March
SPRING: Session 3
- Sign ups begin late March through early April for next 6 week small group session
- New Leader orientation
- New and current groups continue to meet or start up in May and are encouraged to continue to meet
through mid-June
- Lunch Bunch meets 2nd Sunday of every month for fellowship and prayer - all welcome
- Coaches and Leaders Connect Monthly
- Session ends mid-June
SUMMER

Small Groups are encouraged to continue to meet over the summer or to discern God’s call to them if they are to continue. This is a great time for picnics, (inviting others) camping weekends, retreats and reaching out to the many needs around us.
