"We are looking for a Christ-Centered pastor with a sense of humor," I read in the Church Information Form from Bay Presbyterian Church in 1975. As a young pastor looking for God's call I thought "That's the church for me!" Now, after having been the Pastor of BPC for over 30 years, I think I have a good idea what that meant - and what it still means today. We are a Christ-Centered Church. We have a passion for Jesus and His work and Kingdom. We take Him - and everything He tells us - very seriously! At the same time we try not to take ourselves too seriously. We are just a part of all that God is doing through those who love and serve Christ around the world.
