Christianity Explored -
An informal course for people who’d like to investigate Christianity, or just brush up on the basics. It explores who Jesus was, what his aims were, and what it means to follow him. A meal will be provided at the start of the evening. There is a DVD teaching on the theme for the week and discussion time on the course materials. We offer this course several times throughout the year. Watch the weekly e-mail and monthly bulletin announcements for upcoming dates and registration.
HIS-Story - The Biblical Worldview
His Story: the Biblical Worldview is a four hour seminar. It presents a powerful, behind-the-scenes overview of the entire Bible, from Genesis to Revelation. His Story answers the question, "What are God's purposes for humankind?" It proceeds through the four main themes of the Bible: Creation, the Fall, Redemption, and Consummation. If you are wondering what it means to be made in God's image, what the Fall is really about, why we need a redeemer, and how this will all end - come to His Story to find answers. Intro to BPC/New Member Class -
Looking to make BPC your church home?
At BPC, we recognize the need for a formal membership. We draw this from our understanding of the Bible, particularly what we find about “The Church” in the New Testament. A commitment to BPC is a commitment to the Body of Christ at work in the World.
Our Membership Process consists of the following four steps:
- Step One: Attend an Intro to BPC Workshop. Find out who we are and what we believe. Click here to see upcoming dates and to register.
- Step Two: Complete a Membership Profile. This form gives us a little info on you and your spiritual journey.
- Step Three: Participate in a Getting to Know You conversation with a couple of leaders of BPC. We are eager to know you and to talk about what God is doing in your life.
- Step Four: Join other New Members for Membership Vows Sunday where all new members will voice the commitment to faith in Jesus Christ and a commitment to the family of faith of BPC.
