The Presbytery of the Western Reserve of the Presbyterian Church (USA)

February 23, 2008 

The Session of Bay Presbyterian Church (BPC) moves that the Presbytery of the Western Reserve (PWR) of the Presbyterian Church (USA) dismiss BPC to the New Wineskins Presbytery of the Evangelical Presbyterian Church according to the terms set forth in Exhibit A to this Motion (attached hereto).  The Session further moves that the Presbytery take action on this Motion no later than its stated meeting in May, 2008, with dismissal effective no later than June 1, 2008.
