Centered on Christ. Sent into the world.

Bay Presbyterian Church (BPC), located in Bay Village, Ohio, a suburb of Cleveland, is a congregation of the Evangelical Presbyterian Church. Founded in 1912 and currently numbering over 2,000 members, BPC has served the people of Cleveland’s West Shore communities from the corner of Columbia and Lake Roads, just yards from the shore of Lake Erie, for nearly 100 years.

Presbyterianism is historically one of the most stable forms of church government. While overseen by the councils and committees of the larger denomination, Presbyterian churches are largely self-governing, with elected members of the congregation assuming responsibility for the nurture and leadership of the church and its people.

As one of the largest Presbyterian churches in Greater Cleveland, BPC’s passion is to bring Christ’s love and teaching to the world in real and practical ways. It has distinguished itself through the number of strong partnerships it has developed with ministry partners in the West Shore suburbs, Cleveland’s inner city, as well as in places around our world.

Our prayer at BPC is that by learning more about us, our beliefs, our history and our approach to a Christ-centered life, you’ll be encouraged to join us!
